Had "JR Bath" of North Canton, Ohio remove two 50's installed bath tub systems and replace with two walk-in showers.
We are completely satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the product. Eric, our installer tech, was exceptionally competent and efficient. Even had to have an electrical switch moved to an outer wall with no issues. The Delta fixtures are high quality as is the finish wall and base details.
Both installs happen in two days as promised.
The total process from Sales, (Hilary) and Scheduling (Katlin) was smooth and clear.

I had a new shower/ tub installed. From the salesman who spent hours helping me get out of a mess with another company to the installer who answered all of my questions, showed me how to operate and care for everything and left my home perfectly clean and neat, this has been a wonderful experience. The workmanship is impressive as well. The project turned out better than I had imagined. I highly recommend JR Bath!
Our experience overall was amazing. When we called to schedule a shower to bath tub conversion our rep Hilary came out to go over design and take some measurements. She was friendly, professional, and enjoyable to work with. She went over all the numbers and got everything set up the way we wanted it. Then when our install was ready our installer came out (don't remember his name). He was also great. He took care of our home putting down covers to keep construction debris from damaging anything. He was courteous and efficient. His work looks great and was done right the first time. Everything is getting so expensive these days so while this bath remodel wasn't 'cheap' it was a great value. Definitely a company I would recommend for anyone doing a bath remodel.
I love my new shower. Was able to get the old tub/shower combo removed and replaced with a shower. Was so impressed that it only took one day. Greatful for a company that works with mobile home owners.

Gorgeous work!! Friendly and confident workers. We are SUPER happy with our new bathtub and shower wall. We loved our sales rep, and the installer was great too. They were both very understanding of our hectic home with three kiddos ☺️ we only had a shower stall in our main bathroom before the install, so we are really enjoying the deep soaker bathtub with kids! A lot less splashing on the floor. So thankful for all of the hard work put into this for us!!
JR BATH was on point from start to finish on my remodle of tub to shower. Their prices were lower then anticipating. They walked me thru on what will happen and stuck to plan. I saw JR Bath at the Home and Garden Show and got a free at-home quote. I really liked my salesman Phil H. who was personable and not pushy. He invited me to their showroom to see the products in person which was helpful for me.
After talking through all the different options in the showroom with Phil for a good hour, I decided to move forward! About 2 months later my new bathtub and shower were installed. The two installers were very polite and got the job done in the time they said (2 days.) I'm really pleased with how it looks and can't wait to start using it.
(I'm in the process of updating my whole bathroom, so lots of work going on around the new tub/shower combo as you can see in the pic. JR Bath was unable to remove the soffit so I got someone else to do that.)
The installation of my new tub and shower was finished this afternoon and it looks outstanding! I'm so excited! The young installers did a wonderful job cutting the pieces of the shower walls precisely to fit and installed them with amazing expertise after removing the old items and hauling them out to take away for me. I appreciate that they cleaned up after themselves as they moved along through the project and when finished, removed every indication they'd been here. I couldn't be happier with how my new bath looks and will enjoy it for many years. It is just fabulous! Thank you so much!
I purchased a tub to shower conversion the beginning of March. The salesman Colin was very knowledgeable and informative! It took about 6 weeks for the project to begin. The installer Evin started the project on a Thursday & finished Friday. He was a very nice young man, worked hard. Answered questions. I am very pleased with my new shower! It helps me immensely because I had hip surgery a few weeks ago. I would recommend J R Bath!
