Our experience overall was amazing. When we called to schedule a shower to bath tub conversion our rep Hilary came out to go over design and take some measurements. She was friendly, professional, and enjoyable to work with. She went over all the numbers and got everything set up the way we wanted it. Then when our install was ready our installer came out (don't remember his name). He was also great. He took care of our home putting down covers to keep construction debris from damaging anything. He was courteous and efficient. His work looks great and was done right the first time. Everything is getting so expensive these days so while this bath remodel wasn't 'cheap' it was a great value. Definitely a company I would recommend for anyone doing a bath remodel.

I saw JR Bath at the Home and Garden Show and got a free at-home quote. I really liked my salesman Phil H. who was personable and not pushy. He invited me to their showroom to see the products in person which was helpful for me. After talking through all the different options in the showroom with Phil for a good hour, I decided to move forward! About 2 months later my new bathtub and shower were installed. The two installers were very polite and got the job done in the time they said (2 days.) I'm really pleased with how it looks and can't wait to start using it. JR Bath was unable to remove the soffit so I got someone else to do that.)
